Order Processing

Order processing takes place before dispatch and is not included in the delivery estimates above. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been sent.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Possible Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote locations, customs clearance, peak shopping periods, public holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control may extend the delivery time.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected].
